Ely W. Sluder received his law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 where he focused his studies on business, internet law, real estate and intellectual property. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sluder received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Communication (with an emphasis on rhetoric and conflict resolution) from Arizona State University in 2000. Mr. Sluder is also a veteran, having served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1992-1995. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Sluder spent time as General Counsel for an internet company and as General Manager/General Counsel for a licensed real estate brokerage firm. Mr. Sluder currently focuses his practice on all general business transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, business entity formations, commercial leases and other real estate matters, debt settlement, conflict resolution/mediation, and general contract drafting and review.
Mr. Sluder is originally from Redding, California, but moved to Arizona after leaving the military in early 1995. After living in Arizona for more than 15 years, he relocated to New Jersey. He enjoys exploring the wonderful hiking and biking trails found throughout the beautiful Garden State, and catching some waves down at the Jersey Shore.
