Ely W. Sluder received his law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003 where he focused his studies on business, internet law, real estate and intellectual property. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sluder received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Communication with an emphasis on rhetoric and conflict resolution from Arizona State University in 2000. Mr. Sluder is also a veteran, having served as a Combat Medic in the US Army from 1992-1995. After receiving his law degree, Mr. Sluder spent time as General Counsel for an internet company and as General Manager/General Counsel for a licensed real estate brokerage firm before joining Rayndon & Associates, PLC. Mr. Sluder currently focuses his practice on business, contract, real estate and intellectual property law. He typically handles client issues such as mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, business entity formations, commercial leases and general contract drafting and review.
Mr. Sluder is originally from Redding, California and has lived in Arizona since early 1995. He currently spends most of his free time with his wife, Lindsey, and their son, Ayden, who was born in February, 2007. The Sluders enjoy traveling, swimming, and gardening.
